Pangea MEA Camp

Join us October 16-17 for a two days of puppetry. Rooted in our practice of radical welcome, we invite students of all experience levels to join our circle as we play, learn, and create together.

In addition to puppetry skills, students will learn the following:

  • Confidence and interpersonal communication

  • Team and ensemble building

  • Creative collaboration with a diverse groups of peers

  • Refining personal artistry

MEA camp is for students 7-9 years old.

Camp will take place at Pangea World Theater’s studio. See our Policies and Procedures for more information.

CAMP IS PAY AS YOU’RE ABLE

That means exactly what it says — pay what your family can afford. Our full registration fee ($200) represents the amount that it costs us to bring this program to you. But for your family, Pay As You’re Able may mean covering your fees and someone else’s. It could also mean paying half or some of the fee.

Not sure if camp is right for your child?

Email Adlyn Carreras (adlyn@pangeaworldtheater.org), General Manager, to help you.

Introduction to Puppetry

Join us as we explore puppet making and theater!

In this two-day hands-on camp, students will activate their imaginations through crafting, creating, and performing with puppets. On day one, students will learn foundational skills in performance and techniques to make their own puppet. On day two, they will complete their puppets, refine performance skills, and share what they have learned with families in a final showcase.
