LSA! Emerging Artist Showcase is a new series that aims to highlight emerging artists who are embarking on a journey as creators and storytellers, by cultivating a platform for community sharing and artistic growth.
Pangea launched this performance series highlighting Minneapolis based actor, dancer, and poet, Julia Gay. In May 2016, Julia premiered her one-woman show, motherlanded.

Through poetry, memoir, and movement, she honors the women in her life from past, present, and future. Join Julia as she journeys from China to the US and, at last, rediscovers her motherland.
