Alternate Visions

We are excited to share the work of Alma Engebretson with the mentorship of Walken Schweigert and Sir Curtis Kirby III, one of Pangea's Directing Fellows with the mentorship of Dipankar Mukherjee.

Alternate Visions provides artists of color, LGBTQ artists, immigrant and Indigenous writers a chance to develop their craft. Emerging playwrights spend an extended period of time writing and developing new plays with dramaturgical resources, travel and research funding, and production support. These pieces are presented to the public as they are developed.
