HOME: Performance Project

Pangea World Theater presents the HOME Performance Project, engaging artists involved with Lake Street Arts! around the idea of home, displacement, and belonging. This unique performance sharing will present emergent work related to our organizing work within the Lake Street communities through the Arts Organizing Institute. 


Featuring multidisciplinary theatre performance with dance, song & poetry by:

Guri. Hogar. Home. is an interactive exploration of what the concept of "home" means to nine Twin Cities-based Somali and Latina/o artists working in ensemble. Whether "home" is a geographical place, an emotional or spiritual state of being, or the physical body itself, Guri. Hogar. Home. explores these themes through words, music, movement and more.
